Former PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi has joined Amazon’s board as well as being appointed to the company’s audit committee. The Seattle-based retail giant has recently refreshed its board, adding Starbucks’ operating chief Rosalind Brewer earlier this month. It now has 11 members and is 45% female, keeping with its stated aim to diversify its pool of directors. Nooyi left PepsiCo last year after 24 years. • Here’s what people are saying.
